The Empowerment Program is a community level, HIV prevention and youth advocacy program serving lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBTQ) and their straight allies ages 20 and under. They offer various educational and leadership groups that meet regularly in East County.

Rainbow Community Center (LGBTQ) (back to top)
Information:
They are a community center in concord, ca and we have a youth program for 21 and under we use our pool table all the time so if you want to give it a try come on over. They watch movies on Saturdays from 3pm till 8pm and have a group called "queer talk" on Thursdays from 4pm till 7pm.
